Well i just found out today that I have got payment protection on my credit card didnt know about it didnt ask 4 it and dont want it its about a tenner goin on my credit card every month since at least august last year Uh Uh!

Any hoo was just wondering if any1 has any experience and how do I go about getting my money refunded Any help would b gr8 thanx guys XXX

I would contact your individual bank asap. They'll probably ask you to write in. If you want it all refunding it'll depend on how and when it was "sold". For example if you "applied" for the PPI on an application form then it's probably not going to be refunded as you would be seen to have "asked" for it. If it was sold via a phone call you have a lot better chance of getting it back. You may have to argue your case so be ready for that. It's not worth paying one of these firms to help you get it back as it's not hard to do yourself, just get onto it asap as they may have a time limit on claims. Hope you get some back x

Do not contact We Fight Any Claim as someone I know said they charge £200 plus before they do anything affraid

Martin Lewis's Money tips has a template and you can apply to get it back yourself we have it and are recliming it from out mortgage x

Well I called the bank this morning and got a number for miss selling team so its all underway and it takes about 8 weeks so would be nice to get some cash back just b4 xmas Smile
