He has only just started school hasn't he? Maybe its just nerves why he cant go at school
Maybe see how he is after a week, maybe he will settle a bit, then if no better ask the doctor - probably better than an HV?

How long has this been going on? The light eating and holding back on his pee's? Sometimes kids get distracted and forget to go. Are there urinal's in his school or stalls? Boys always have a harder time adjusting to school and the environment that girls do..and the bathroom is probably the hardest part for them to integrate into..especially if there are other's in there. Matt did the exact same thing..he refused to pee/poo at school and would hold it all day..he's over that now..will go anywhere! The eating..as long as he is eating something..even snacking throughout the day, and seems healthy otherwise..don't worry too much. Soon momma..very soon..you will be grocery shopping 3 times a week to keep up on his appetite! xxx
