Well 2nd day with no happy pills/beta blockers and I managed to get through it. Still feel crap and under the weather but not as bad as I did on Tuesday, so hopefully the worst of the withdrawal is over - touch wood.

Maybe I will be able to do this after all

Thats great my lovey! I want you to be prepared though that antid's take 4-6 weeks to leave your system.....I dont want you thinking its something else if you feel a bit 'wobbly' in a few weeks time!

I wont bore you with the science - lol - but the drug hangs around for a pretty long time before the bodies stores are used up! I am currently feeling withdrawals 5 weeks after stopping, because im due to start a new drug, and needed to have the other one clear from my system!
