I reeeeeeeeeally need a fag! I stupidly started again when Ollie was born and now I'm trying to quit again, it's alot harder this time round without the sickness to help. Anybody got any tips? I could literally eat a pack of 20 right now!

Hmmm Im prob not the best person to give advice. Regretfully I started again when Caitlin was 3 months old. Even when PG even though I told myself I quit I still had the odd puff. I found cutting down gradually helped, but I know I should have quit overnight...

Strangely I found I could handle cravings better if I had a packet of cigs. It was like I knew I could have one if I wanted but I chose not to, rather than feeling panicked that I didnt have them. That prob doesnt even make sense to most but it worked (kind of) for me. My granda quit 40 years ago and still says he tells himself that he will be able to have a cigarette tomorrow... he never does but! x
