| Hi ladies, just wondered if any of you could recommend a good pregnancy pillow. I tend to sleep almost in the 'recovery position' so need to get a pillow to stop me from rolling onto my tummy! xx |

| Hmmm, I never used one when I was pg with Libby and I don't think I'll bother this time. I know I have seen one somehere...... Found this one - seems quite expensive though http://www.kiddicare.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/productdisplayA_2438_10751_-1_45182_84322_10001_24176 Or theres this - doesn't look quite so good though http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3768136/Trail/searchtext%3EMATERNITY.htm This one looks good http://www.mothercare.com/Mothercare-Sleep-Body-Pillow/dp/B001NZJVQ0/sr=1-2/qid=1286616721/ref=sr_1_2/275-2597856-5367414?_encoding=UTF8&m=A2LBKNDJ2KZUGQ&n=79267031&mcb=core |

| I have tried a couple and tbh I found that they are useless. I am suffering from lack of sleep at the minute and cant imagine coping for another 2 months! You wont roll onto your tummy anyway, instinct will stop you from doing that. If you find a good one let me know. x |

| I bought a wedge one first time round (like the wedge one in the Argos set but it wasn't part of a set, bought it online but can't remember supplier or brand) and the only thing it helped with was focussing on lying on my left - but actually I found cuddling a large teddy bear was equally good for that! I haven't even got it out of the airing cupboard this time round. However the soft toy cuddling method is not recommended if you have leaky boobs, unless you really don't care about the toy...

| i have this one: http://www.pregnancypillow.co.uk/Pregnancy-Body-Pillow-5ft-Long-FREE-Cover-Worth-1095_p_12.html
it was (is) a lifesaver - kept me comfy when i was pregnant/feeling sick/heavy bump and sore back...now i still sleep with it, and i like it for breastfeeding - you can wrap it round to support your back and lay baby on it which is lovely when you have just given birth! I still use it all the time now (its nearly a year old...hm maybe time for a new one!) |

| i just used normal pillows. had one between my knees and the other behind my back, that one helped me stay propped on my side. It is also better to sleep on your left side during mid to late pregnancy - there is a good reason but i cant remember what it is lol x |

| I tried the dream genie but it was pants - not puffy enough for my liking and not long enough for my legs either. Tried a wedge one but it was too solid and uncomfy! I have a normal pillow between my legs to help with spd, but I still end up on my back - like a stuck ladybird - wake up thinking 'oh pants' as I'm unable to move out of that position without pain Am getting this one http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/1270475.htm as I need one for the glider chair (has no neck support) so will try that in bed too and see if it helps. P.S. lovely to see you in the pg forum Siobhan xx |
