I'm doing a beef joint for dinner, until recently there was no way on earth I was eating it unless it was cremated no pink what so ever!

Then I tried some medium and I like it! So how do I cook a joint of beef medium? Is it exactly the same as normal just for less time? Or do you cook it on a lower heat?

also rub a little bit of vinegar on top of the beef stops it sgrinking so much x

yes just cook it for less time! I normally do about 25 mins per 500g then 25 mins on top for medium at 180c
