One of my friends has just announced she is pg and my other friend is 30wks pg and my other friend is ttc (she's been trying for 2yrs since her LO was born with no luck as yet ) They are all really close friends and I am driving myself mad with the broodyness I thought i'd got past it, but it just seems to have come back with a vengeance at the moment. I was sat this morning having a cuddle with my little guy and I do love that its just me, OH and Oliver. I do want another one but keep saying in a couple of years when things settle down a bit, finances etc. But after hearing my friends news my gut is wrenching with jealousy I am reeeeally happy for her as last year she suffered with an ectopic pregnancy, so this is just fab news that she is pg. Does anyone else feel like this even though you aren't ttc?

Lol tbh once i started feeling like that we just tried again. Do you think things will be better for def in a few years? We decided we just couldnt let finances factor in too much or we'd never have any more lol. If you still feel like this in a few weeks its more than a phase and might be worth revisiting id say hon

YES!!!!!!!!!!!! I felt like that from when Libby was about 9 months old, TBH it got worse and worse and when Simon kept saying he didn't want anymore I was absolutely gutted (to the point where if I thought about it I would end up in tears, I would see pregnant ladies in the street and be so jealous etc.) xx

It keeps coming and going though. I am honestly happy with the situ as it is. I was mega broody for the 1st year after Moo was born but that seemed to pass. But this feeling keeps rearing its ugly head, but then going soon after But am I truely broody? Would I feel like this if all my close friends weren't pg or ttc? am not sure . OH hasn't said a definitive no, but he hasn't said a definite yes either

Aww, Emma . I was just saying to OH this morning how I actually LOVED the whole giving birth bit, even with the whole pain and everything it was so worth every minute the moment I held Moo for the first time. Char, do you think you'll have anymore?

Good luck Char , ya know - with nature and all that Mario - I do hope everything goes to plan this time. Has your pregnancy this time been the same as with C then? Has the sickness stopped now? Piglet- I really am hoping it happens soon for you

Ooo, Are you finding out? A stone in weight well at least when the sickness has gone you can take full advantage of the 'eating for two' thing

I had a dream that an (annoying) acquaintance of mine was pregnant - all blooming, neat bump etc. and just that irked me for some reason - and i AM pregnant?! - I have no idea what that was, think it says more about what a numpty I think they are really. Know what you mean about bump / ttc / new baby envy though - had it prior to bean and prior to being pregnant now! We've already given thought to whether no.3 is even a possibility - it's so hard to see myself never being pregnant again but with the awful sickness then the spd taking over, then birth itself (please God let it be easier this time!) I really don't know if it's fair on us all. Plus the practical and financial side - bigger car, bigger house etc etc. I digress. If you're not sure make a list - things that would sway you either way or timescales etc. - at the very least then it's not swimming round and round in your head. X
