I have read that you have a 70% chance of having the same sex baby again. It was obv right for me and I know loads of people who have had same sex children again. Weird!

yea, but saying that my friends sil, has had a baby boy after a girl, n ive seen a few ppl on here who have one of each or both sexes.. i do worry thou when im next pg, that we will have another girl lol x

Yep, we are having another girl too.

We want 3 kids (if hubby will let me after moaning through this pg) and would love a boy too, but if we get another girl then, yay! xx

It is weird coz you would expect it to be 50% but then there are lots of ladies who seem not to be able to carry a certain gender. My aunty has two girls and had 3 m/cs between pgs and they were told they were all boys and it's likely that her body rejects male ebryos for some reason . I also have a cousin who has 3 boys and has had two m/cs both of which have been girls Bless her she is desperate for a girl but is too scared to try again incase she has another m/c or has another boy.

I must be in the other 30% as I have one of each and count myself extremely lucky as it is what I always wanted.

There must be something in it. My SIL had 4 boys, and they were desperate for a girl. She was told that she couldnt naturally have a girl (due to my step bro's sperm, I think).

Anyway, they went to the USA and paid for IVF where you can choose the sex, she fell pregnant with triplets, but unfortunately at 23/24 weeks she went into labour and they didnt make it.

Then she fell pregnant again, the hospital were so sure she was having a boy from what they could see. Then our grandad died (my step grandad) and a week later, she went for a scan and was told she was having a girl! She is now 3! FREAKY!

I've been looking at lots of info about gender swaying but even with all the vitamins, changes in diet, abstaining from sex etc etc there is only a minimal chance of a sway.

I'd love a little girl so would my oh but if we have a boy I'd be ecstatic!!

I'm not sure! I know someone who has 2 girls and she was desparate for a little boy, she had many problems with her 3rd pregnancy and the little boy was born too early and only survived a few horus
she's now pregnant again with a girl.!

my mum was one of 3 girls and my dad one of 2 boys and together they had one of each. my OH will be happy if we have all girls, for some reason that's what he wants i want at least one of each

I thought we'd have another boy... but this little one sent out pink vibes pretty early on and is indeed a girl (according to scan). Just as bloomin wriggly as her brother though!!! Maybe the typing's setting her off xx

Well My mum had girl boy girl

1 of her sisters had girl girl boy

another of her sisters had 5 boys

My mum has In age order Brother brother sister sister my mum and younger brother

Dave 2 sister have had 2 and 3 boys

Daves mum had 3 girls then dave (with a different dad)

And I feel very lucky to have 1 of each and am sure it will be a boy next time

I was convinced i was having another boy coz in oh's family on his dads side there have been no girls since his nan, she had 4 boys who had 2 boys each, so 8 grandsons, then we went onto have jamie the first great grandchild and his cousins wife had the second great grandchild a ago, also another boy. So we have broke the cycle with the first girl due in dec i would love another boy next though.

In about 4 or 5 years me and OH said we would discuss more children and if I was brave enough to get PG again i would want a boy.
We want to foster but do you think SS would let us only have boys if we didn't have another baby?

ummm intresting.. at the start and the whole way through I decided this was another girl. as Im quite alike to my aunty (mums sister) which is werid and shes got 4 girls.

but saying all that I have changed my mind now swaying more towards boy, only because of bump and things being so different this time.

but I have 2 friends due and they all are having the opposite to what they've got so the chances of me having an opposit too is quite low...

but on my mums mum family is all girs only my bros the only boys, 8 girls 2 boys.. then mums mum brother (with me!?! lol) all boys 7 boys no girls...
on my dads its about even, not many kids really as alot couldnt concieve so alot are adopted (which again is werid, sort of convinced myself I wouldn tbe able to have kids as there alot that cant have kids on dads side)
