Flipping MIL just rang (7am!!) to say she read the paper this morning and theres houses for rent in the area (which we do really need to move this house is far too small for 2 people let alone a child & a baby) but its a case of what we can afford.

any ways shes realed off all these houses this morn to me, but wayyyyyyyyy out of our price range. said theres no way we can afford all them she then goes on how we need to claim more housing benifit.(only cos she gets everything paid for her!) said we cant get it or much due to rob working. Iv tried. and at the moment its under review nad noticed the amount they had was wrong so we'l end up having it totaly cut or less which is going to screw us, sure they'l back dateb it. so theres noway we can afford anywhere with more rent what we pay now.

then she goes on to say (this is what got me!!) well I thought Id let you know as thought you need to get out of that house before this baby comes!!! WTF planet does she live on?!?! one where money grows on trees?! and someone whos due anyday 9 months pregnant, can pack a house and move!!! erm I dont think so!!

sorry for the early rant!! but had to get it off my chest before I exploded!

when we moved into here she was rearanaging the house, and saying 'oo a corner sofa would look nice there, seen them quite cheap £300' yeah right we have £300 to spend!! shes a prime example of someone never worked in her life as she has a 'bad back' and flat screen telly, new kitchen, lovely leather sofas. but yet skint, lillie never had a bday present from her, only a £5 (ooo so hope she cant get into this!!! )

as for moving 9 months preg about due anyday, she wouldnt help anyway she would be there with a fag in her mouth doing naf all. and having a good nose thorugh my things.

Forgeting the money - OMG how can you move house at 38wks PG , by the time you give notice on current house and sign lease of new one it would be a week or 2.... You'd end up giving birth in a removal van lol.

She's on the same planet as my MIL. She called me to say that her old next door neighbours house was on the market. Basically the house is next door to Dave's old family home and one of his goals in life is to move back there. BUT this house is a minimum of £500,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF is she thinking???? She was saying "oh but it needs some work so you could negotiate the price" Any mortgage company willing to let us have the mortgage for that would be bloody stupid!
