First topic message reminder :

i posted on facebook but just had to share it on here...

today lily-ann stayed standing up holding onto my hands, with no support from me, for about 3-4mins....doesn't seem much but for a Rett girl with basically no use of her hands and no strength in her arms this is such a big thing! am such a proud mummy...she may not be able to do anything a 'normal' child can do but she's such an amazing little girl despite that

i really hope so diane!!

i know that even if i do ever get her standing and walking, she's likely to lose it again by mid-late teens...but i want to do everything i can to give her that chance!! it helps that she loves being stood up too! lol
