| I know it's not for a few weeks yet but i'm getting worried with the upcoming clock change, how did those of you with older children manage last year?? the going forward was easier as we just woke him earlier and he got into that routine easy but i'm dreading days of him awake at 5.30 - 6am thinking it's time to get up!!! |

| Gulp... I hadn't thought about this. Last time we shifted Aimee by about 20 mins each night for 3 nights until she adjusted x |

| i think you'll be fine hun when we took tyler from cyprus to england there was a 2hour difference so where he would have normally gone to bed at 7 in cyprus that was 5 in uk, we just tried to keep him up a bit longer (managed to about 6 uk time) and he slept till about 6 ish so adjusted really quickly |

| Caitlin isnt on a strict routine. Bedtime can be anything from 730-9pm on a bad day. She also wakes anything from 645-930am. Think I'l just try and keep her up a bit later and hope that she has a lazy week... |

Ive never heard it to do with farmers! I thought it started after the war, something to do with economising to save fuel etc, and later because in Scotland they always had dark mornings if the clocks were the same the whole year Sorry but Scotland can have its own time zone if its that bothered! Let us stick with the same time |

| I heard it being as assistance to the farmers too.
I just put Amelia to sleep at her normal bed time and she just gets on with it. I'm lucky as she's a lazy lump |

ellie and I have been back and to from cyprus a couple of times and she did just adapt to the time difference. I put it all down to routine, tea, bath, cuddle, bottle and bed and wake up 12 hours later. |
