| Can you not take it back and get a refund if its unused? What made you go for a Zapp anyway? I used to like them but after seeing my friends, I decided against. She's always getting stuck on kerbs, the pram topples, it don't recline and her son always looks squished  |

| I do actually like it and Sam looks really comfy in it, plus its not bulky. It is a bit of a buger that it doesnt lay down but i dont think it will matter really x |

I was thinking even if they can undo the poppers after a while you could twist it so the poppers are against their body? |
