| Had really bad heartburn all evening and had some gaviscon, went to bed at 10 and it still kept me awake so at half 12 decided to have some more. Went to the kitchen and as I stood there starting feeling really dizzy and got the white sopts in front of my eyes. I went in the lounge and laid on the sofa then started to feel sick, went to the bathroom in case I actually was sick. I started to feel a tiny bit better, so decided to go back to bed, as soon as I started walking back to the bedroom the white spots got that thick I actually couldnt see anything so kind of stumbled through the bedroom door (which woke Simon up thankfully), he asked me what I was doing and I just slurred 'don't feel very well' so he asked if I was OK and I could feel everything going so said 'no' and he quickly got up and guided me to the bed, by then I had lost it and my head was rolling (although I didn't actually pass out because I was aware of everything). He laid me down and literally within about 5 minutes I felt normal again, bless him though he couldn't sleep because he was worried about me!!! I feel absolutely fine now - well apart from a headache. I'm having routine bloods taken on Wednesday and seeing MW again on Friday - do you think I should mention it to her or just see how I go til then? I think it is quite common in pregnancy but I didn't have it with Libby. Well done if you got to the end of that, sorry it was a bit long xx |

| I would give your MW a call today just to ask her advice and she if she wants to see you sooner!
Glad your feeling a bit better now and bless your OH for waking up and helping! I went to loo in night last night and kicked the bed and swore and mine didn't even stop snoring!!!!

Once was at hospital...and people and docs walked straight passed me Then i threw up all out of the window Classy. Then when i was out shopping with a friend, the shops assistant was lovely tho. Then once when i was home alone which was scary. Hope it was a once off and you feel ok now |

| I would also ring your MW today hun. If it happens when Simon isn't there hun you could fall and really hurt yourself and bump . I might just have been 'one of those things' but it's always best to ask - it can't hurt. I'm glad you're feeling better hun - take it easy today and keep your feet up if you can. xx |

| Oh goodness Susan! I hope you're ok now, that's scary! Definitely mention it to your MW. I had a similar "do" when I was in the shower at about 9 weeks. I had to crawl out. Put me off having showers for a while I can tell you xxxxxx |

| Thanks everyone, it's nice to know that it's normal (ish). Simon's just rung me, bless him to see if I'm ok, which I am, I feel absolutely fine. I'll tell my mw about it on Friday, but I think you're right Mario, it probably was my blood pressure. Thanks again everyone xxx |

| I know you're right Em, I'll see if I can get through (that's a challenge in itself!! ) I feel like having the afternoon off but it's just so hard as I've only got male bosses who don't take too kindly to me having time off, even for appointments/scans (even though Ive only had 1 afternoon off for my scan for the whole of this pregnancy despite all the bleeding etc). xx |

| Okay okay, I am literally trying them now as I type but it's constantly engaged!!! (they only answer the office phone between 9 and 10). Oooo just got through - they said that it's sounds like my blood pressure and to take things easy today. They will still see me on Friday but if I feel crappy again before then to ring them back and they will come and see me. So do you think I should take the afternoon off then?? Sorry for being a complete pain xx |

| I would take the afternoon off hun, look after yourself and baby, you're much more important than work! I had a few funny turns like that when I was pregnant and one time I fell face first onto the grate which wasn't pleasant! But that was because I should have been resting but wasn't! Put your feet up and look after yourself xxx |

| Yep I think you should take the day off hun, keep your feet up and look after yourself. If it is low bp hun - make sure you drink plenty, keep your feet up and don't over heat (shower/bath too hot etc) and ring MW if it happens again.
Take care hunni
