| That's brilliant tara well done! Actually you could have a kebab! Chicken shish are one of the best takeaways you could have! It's just grilled chicken and salad and bread! I'm gonna get my wii fit out today when Charlie goes for a sleep! Haven't been on in ages! X |

| Well done Tara. I wish I had somewhere to walk properly with the buggy - I always feel a bit lame just walking aimlessly around the streets. We dont really have a big park or lake or anything to walk around without taking the car which I don't have during the week. I'm gonna set myself a circuit to walk each day which I think will do me good, but still crap walking round streets . Well done with the wii fit Terri - although pmsl @ bakewell and custard for breakfast . I've been ill all weekend and still feeling rubbish so haven't been far but I've been cutting down portion size and I did a big shop online and didnt buy any sweet treats or crisps etc. I have a house full of healthy snacks like fruit and yogs etc now so it's a step in the right direction. xx |

- Nothing wrong with my choice of brekkie lol! My way of thinking was...im going to have it there teasing me all day so i might as well eat it now then i have all day to burn it off
I might take Tay to the park today and just let her run wild and ill do some chasing Thats my way of thinking - although you really dont need to lose wight!!! I'm hoping that when Libby starts preschool next September I will walk there and back twice a day with the new baby and lose some weight then (although the car is sitting there and is too easy - hmmm maybe I should sell it ) x |
