ive been givin alfie lumpy food for the past month or so and hes been doing really well. hes not been well for a couple of days and every time i give him some lumpy food he gags and is sick straight away. hell only take smooth puree.do u think its best to just keep him on the puree until he gets a bit better? i dont want him getting lazy with his food x

i would just follow his lead personally and give him purees - he's got his whole life to eat lumps!

Yeh I too would - if he is still a bit poorly he might even have a sore throat and it is irritating when he has lumps?
