Hiya Ladies, I've had quite a bit of back ache today which I assume is normal plus I have a history of back problems so I took it as a given that I would suffer some kind of ache in my back but over the last couple of hours right at the bottom of my bump (just above my lady bush...sorry ) it has been really painful (cramping) and i've got a lot of pain in my groin. Is this normal for this stage in my pregnancy, my OH thinks it might be some stretching going on but I just thought I would ask you lovely ladies your opinions. Thanks in advance Nay xxx

i remember having similar pains, i would say it was stretching, try to rest and not over do it and see how it goes if it gets worse and doesnt ease maybe give your gp or mw a call? try a bath, used to work for me! hope it relaxes a bit asap xxxxx

Thanks for your replies... I've just had a lovely bath and still no difference so i'm off to bed...knowing how random my body can be sometimes I will probably wake up tomorrow morning and I will be back to normal (so to speak)
