You wait to get to the bump and kicks stage, then late on wish it away cos it's so uncomfy (ribs/bladder etc being booted) yet afterwards miss the feeling!!

Right now little miss is bumping about literally morning, noon and night - when I'm still usually or after eating. Has got quite high up (belly button level) and stonger - really definite too - like little feet poking out then swishing across tummy
Great fun watching too - sure hubby is just as enthralled as I am (!) watching bump when on setee or in bath.

Also, bean comes up to bump, pulls my top up (only a matter of time before in public...!) says 'babee' and gives her a kiss, then leans his head on bump... but then he's then off like lightning so don't think he'll be able to wait for kicks yet

Aside from the constant need to pee, this really is the nicer part of pregnancy. Not massive yet, past the sickness, hormones levelling so my back is manageable (*touch wood*) and all this to enjoy.

It's lovely like you say! My boys both being that bit older talk to bump and love feeling him moving and kicking! Haven't had feet sticking out as they are right down low but we definatly get head and hands! We all sit watching bump sometimes and ignoring the tv! Will miss it but not the pain etc!

Kinky that's lovely that your boys can join in and feel too. I just have my hubby to feel bump - who must get confused between the 'quick - feel here' and 'gerrof you're squishing'

Grace my OH is getting better at working how much pressure is needed! At first he just squished and now he doesn't so much!!

Rhys cause he is breech when he kicks its so low it sends shockwaves down through my bits! I sometimes think he is trying to kick his way out!! but its when he sticks his head out it fascinates me! You can see it so clearly! I get elbows too sometimes!!

oo eck my bladder can't take much more pressure, breach would finish me off! Are you hoping on little one turning or going to try helping him along? (although not that much you can do I believe?)

lol, hubby doesn't squish too much, it's just me being contrary I think - what's comfy one minute is annoying the next xx

That was the thing I loved most last time - Libby was so active all the time and I used to just lay on the sofa watching her moving around x

Grace I am not too worried about him being breech! My first was so had section with him and then had awful birth with 2nd and to be totally honest would rather have a section again! They tried to turn Jake at 38 weeks and he wouldn't budge and it was incredably painfully! So not doing that again!

Aron won't say goodbye to me at school in the morning but has to kiss Rhys goodbye!!

Turning sounds bloody awful kinky from what I've heard - urgh. Heehee- Aron kissing Rhys and not mum

Think it was 14/15 weeks I started to feel movements - like stretches / squirms? And proper pokes about 17/18 - then about 19/20 when hubby could feel. It's lovely being able to put a feeling to the sound - when you listen in on doppler and can feel and hear a swish at the same time - or rather, see and hear a swish now

It's just a shame that the best way to feel movements is reclined / lying down which seizes my back up with the spd issues the joys eh. Lying in the bath isn't comfy either but a bit better if I fill it as much as poss for water to take more weight / relieve spine (not an easy task with a crappy boiler, small tank and nt a very deep bath! )

She's deff responding to sounds now too, daddy's voice and when sitting at the comp with music on - she's busy kicking the desk - just like bean used to xx
