Im a bit confused, i ordered on the 9th sept....said it would be delivered end of oct I gave my card details but they never took any payment from me...
So today i checked my bank and £30 odd had gone but doesnt say where to yet, so thought oh might finally be from h&m.
I checked my account and it said i have no outstanding payments or items to be delivered on one section
The other section 'delivered items/returns' it says ur order is being dealt with and gives u a link to the courier which just says 'We expect your shipment information soon'
Im confused!?

I havent hun could it be they took the payment and its on its way??

it sounds like its ready to be despatched but the courier information hasnt been recieved. they only charge you when your order is ready

I would give them a ring and find out whats going on!! Keep us posted as I would like to order some stuff from them but if they are naff then I will brave town and the shop!
