Well back to gp today. He did my bp and actually wasnt too bad at 150/67 which came down to 140/66 after i recovered from being late (LOL).

Hes still not happy with my readings though as they have been up to 152/86 this week which for my normal of 110/60 is fairly high and my pulse has been not too bad but ive had a few runs of fast pulse anything from 100-110. Also still having persistent 1+ of protein which in itself isnt too high but doesnt seem to be a one off but is sticking about, also mentioned persistant headaches and had some crampy low abdo and back pain this week.

So he has signed me off work for another 3 weeks from today. I gotta do a first morning urine and send it off for lab tests to make sure abdo cramping and protein isnt a urine infection. Gotta continue twice daily bp and pulse recording at home. He wants me to see midwife for listening to bubba and general midwifey check up asap as hes not too happy i havent seen her yet (not for want of bloody trying). I have managed to get in for 1100 thurs and he wants to see me next week so got appointment with him 1030 on a week thursday. He also wants me to ring my consultant to see if i need my 28 week appointment bringing forward and if my consultant thinks i should be commencing bp treatment and at what dosage as he isnt sure what tablets if any i should be on - im not entirely sure why he didnt ring my consultant as he would probably get more answers than me but hey ho.

Dammit

well Im glad he has put you off work, I think it is what you need! SLEEP!

I hope they get some answers, wont be good you going through the rest with issues

Aww no..I'm glad that someone is seeing you tho, but that MW of yours is pissing me off. You need to be checked up on and monitored more with your BP! Happy to see you are off for a bit more too, you defo need the break! xxx

What a bugger about your BP not behaving, but at least they are keeping an eye on you. I know you don't want to be signed off but there is a good reason why they've done it.

Well bulk of housework done bar sorting through caelyns toys so couple of days of chilling

it's rubbish about the pay situation but put yourself first, rest up as much as you can.
