| One of my neighbour's gardener has started a fire today and unfortunately I didn't realise until it was too late My house stinks of smoke and all of Lucas' washing that was almost dry on the washing line has had to go back in the washing machine!!! I was seriously considering going and chucking a few buckets of water on it and was going to ask your advice to see if you thought I'd be too out of order in doing so. But now Mother Nature has stepped in and taken care of it for me. It's peeing down out side now Mother Nature....stand up and take a bow! x |

| I though that there were rules about starting fires at certain times of the day. Im not sure what they are though.
I will get on google.
Personally, they should have knocked on your door and told you, it is the decent thing to do.

| I'm not sure Laura but I think it's one of those you can do it during daylight hours or between 8 and 6 or something like that. Be interesting to find out for sure tho!!
Haha Lita, that they are!

| I too thought that there were set times for starting fires..might be wrong though. It happened with us the other week the whole street had their washing out and a twat at the top of the street started a fire but mother nature must have been asleep that day |

| I looked into it on the government website and there are not any actual rules or laws regarding when you can do it.
They basically say to try to be decent when doing it, and inform your neighbours.
