| this is my nasty poorly arm before i got the stitches taken out today  Cant drive for another 4 weeks at least. Gotta have physio as i cant turn it palm up and wont be be healed properly for a year. grrrr im so annoyed with myself!! |

| I fell over when i was drunk and broke (or smashed should i say!) my wrist. Had to have an operation to put to metal plates in it to fix it together!! |

| they never even put a cast on!! just a bandage but yeah i got that off y'day and my stitches out but theyve put a dressing on to stop infection still. cant get it wet for a few days either. cant wait to have a proper bath - my poor left hand is freezing - ihave to hang it out the side!! x |
