Libby had these lovely trousers that unfortunately were getting too short for her (but fitted fine everywhere else) so I decided this morning to cut them and make shorts for her, they are like a thick flat cord type material so perfect for the winter, do you think I'm a tight arse or do you think it was a good idea here is a pic of her wearing them

You are not being a tight arse. Clothes can be expensive and you are just making the most of what you have.

he hates shorts and tights (I love them though).

Definitely not a tight arse! I absolutely HATE throwing clothes away and try to recycle as much as I can, charity shops etc. But you have done the most constructive thing with them so you can get more use from them and they can still be passed on when they don't fit. Well done hun! x

Isla has a denim romper type 'shorts' suit that was for summer, bit it looks gorgeous now with leggings under. Ive had loads of comments saying she looks super trendy!
