I am putting Lily to bed 10 mins later each day this week - she normally goes at 8.30 so Mon she went at normal time, Tues - 8.40, Wed will be 8.50 and so on through the week. I am optimistically hoping that this will help with the transition!!

Im just going to try and keep Tyler up a bit later but will put him to bed as normal if he's particularly tired then.
When I went to UK (2 hours behind me) I managed to keep him up 1 hour and he woke up 1 hour later than normal so it seemed to work.
