Well we was meant to be getting dressed up on our girls night out friday (for Halloween) So i ordered a something on ebay for it, i clicked commit to buy, then realised that she had put 2nd class post and would take 10-14working days for delivery (so too late) This was on the 22nd. I messaged her asking if i pay extra can she do it 1st class...no reply. The next day i messaged her again...still no reply.
I know ive commited to buy it...but now i dont want it Say i just go ahead and pay for it now (dont want to get in trouble) or wait for her to reply? I think its going to be very late now any way

Hmmmm... difficult one.

If she isnt replying then it isnt entirely your fault as she should be keeping track of what she sells.

I am not sure, but you may be able to open a dispute as she hasnt been responding, worth a try?

I know it's naughty but I'd just not pay for it, realistically what can she do? 10-14 days is a long time for delivery even for 2nd class
