Wish me luck ladies, i am joining WW tonight and i am gonna get this fat arse (and the rest of my body) some weight off!!!!
I keep putting it off and telling myself i will do it soon but i know i wont. I need to lose weight for health reasons (i am obese, or rather a beast!)
I need to tackle this problem before i can tackle my other addiction. SMOKING!!

I lead such an unhealthy lifestyle i fear i will have serious health problems pretty soon

Good on you Mara for joining!!! I can't say that you need to but if you're feeling unhealthy then it's a really positive step. I hope you have a good time at the meetings and that weight simply drops off! Wish I could come with you! x

Well i have been and i feel positive. Wont tell you what i weighed cause its slightly (extremely) embarassing.

I was only sat there and she singled me out as a meeting leader!!! My personality and loudness must have shone through lol!!!
