I saw in a post by Mara that she smokes. And you know you have an image of people in your head i didnt think Mara smoked (sorry Mara lol)

So just wondered who else smokes?


I used to smoke, but gave up when i met Trev. but was still socially smoking. then as soon as i found out i was pregnant with Rowan i stopped and i'll never smoke again.

Any ways again who smokes?

I smoke , probably more than I dare to admit... maybe 10-15 a day. Most are at night when Caitlin in bed and then Id also have a cpl when she napping or out with nana etc. I go outside to do it and never smoke in town/parks etc. The only time I do it in public is on a night out. My family know i smoke but inlaws dont. Only told my SIL I smoked socially again a few wks ago and she looked shocked/annoyed but bit her tongue.

I did quit when pg (mostly, cut down at 1st and then didnt for a cpl mnths then had 1-2 a week at the end ). I hate the fact I started again and hope to quit for good the next time I get pg.

I've been like that with drugs tbh, not interested in them at all, never have been.
I hate to say it but it's so 'normal' these days to smoke weed or have a few lines while out. But the appeal has never been there for me.
I don't care if people wanna do it around me I have no problem at all but I would bother with it!

Yup unfortunately i do smoke. I hate it, hate being dependant on it, hate that i cant seem to stop. Dont smoke in the house at all though.
I have smoked since i was 11. I have stopped a few time but gave in after a few weeks. Along with losing weight it is something i intend to stop (eventually)
I dont feel shame for smoking, i started when i didnt know any better and i was hooked by the time i understood, but its not something i enjoy or even like doing, its just something that has been part of my life forever and its never going to be easy to stop.

I'm a smoker too. Never in the house though and i want to make sure that even if i am still smoking when Alfie's a little older, that he never knows about it.

I quit on Jan 1st this year and didnt smoke until we went on holiday in september. Then stupidly smoked for a week, because we were out drinking. Quit when we got back and it was so easy to do, that was about 7 weeks ago. I used to find it hardest when having a drink but that doesnt bother me any more. I sometimes feel like being a rebel and smoking again what with ttc and things but I cant bring myself to do it as I dont feel the same about smoking any more.

im also an ex smoker. i quit 6th jan 2009 as my new yr resolution. i went cold turkey but wud only smoke 10 a day if that. i found it quite easy.

i wud like to think i cud smoke when i drink but i have a very addictive personality and wud get hooked again.

i quit as i was gettin married in he august n hated the thought of me being in my beautiful wedding dress with a fag in my hand!!!

I packed up on the 26th April this year. I packed up the instant I found out I was pregnant on all 3 occasions but I'm now defo a cruddy non smoker the smell makes me feel ill. My eldest plays out with a little girl and when she comes in you can smell the smoke on her from her mum. I have asked Lewis so many times if he has smoked, then realise he's been in her house

I smoke. I gave up when I found out I was pregnant and then started again in January when my depression got really bad, still got it bad now and even the doctors don't recommend I stop at the moment.
