Seriously I have to go to work on my bike....no major thing for some maybe but I aint rode the bloody thing for years, I have had it 3 years and it did a mile to the pub and back when I had it...and thats it! Its like new!

I know for a fact I wobbled like hell last time, and now I have to go in public sight, OMG I hope I don't fall off, I'm going to be walking like John Wayne this afternoon

I am so nervous I can't make myself go and get dressed and I have to go in 20 minutes

OMG I feel for you, I haven't ridden a bike for years either but used to go for bike rides alot, even then the amount of times I used to fall off was ridiculous and it was always when there were loads of people to watch x

I regularly ride my bike back and forth on school run, Hayden has a little seat in between my arms, he loves it. Both the boys ride to school as its a mile & half away
You'll be fine, like you said about the John Wayne, it'll last about a week happy cycling chick

well I made it alive, wasn't too bad as was a bit downhill going, but coming home wind was in my face and was uphill...legs are like jelly now, nearly went head first down the stairs

Oh well, I have ear ache and my hips are killing, but like Dan said 'its ONLY 2.4 miles'

Oh well Mr Motivator that's ok then isn't it! make me a cup of tea I'm gasping!
