Grrr....
Had a summons in the post today for me and OH to go to court
Granted we owe 2 months council tax but OH spoke to someone the other day and explained that we were having money problems and we will catch up today and pay 3 montgs. Bloke on the phone said this was fine.
Little fecker apparently didn't make a note on the system
Going to pay it online then phone them and cause a ruckus!

Thats crap. Give them an earful, hope you get it sorted! x

Make sure you send a letter with your offer of repayment, we had to when we fell behind and they were quite helpful

Until we sent a letter they were useless!

Went into the office and actually spoke to a decent person!
She said that we currently owe £565 do we need to pay £113 for the next 4 months.
If we get anymore letters about court or anything we can get rid of them.

Oh and yes it was a 'computer error'
