I'm currently at work, my bosses are at lunch and the amount of times I get 'is such and such here' I'll say no they are at lunch and they say 'oh, I don't think you can help', I've been doing this frigging job for 12 years, I do most of the letters they are coming in/ringing about - I THINK I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!!!!!!!!!!!

My pet hate is people who ask me 'are you qualified to do that'...nowadays i give them a gormless look and say 'No im just practising on you'

I usually do the opposite and say 'is it about such and such' and they are usualy shocked that I actually know why they ring/come in
