Well today was another appointment.

Today was a pretty shit day following on from a shit day yesterday. I was so close to doing something daft last night and I don't want to start going back down those lines believe me.

Went to see my gp today who is going to request that I am transferred to a different pyshiatrist after my horrendous appointment on monday. She has told me that I am going to feel crap and it may last for a few months and it is up to me whether or not I go back on them. I don't want to as I was put on medication as a short term solution 9 and a half years ago and simply prescribed different varieties over the years. I am sure you are all sick of reading my updates.

Keep your chin up chick! Your doing brilliantly! Like I said yesterday I certainly couldn't do what your doing! Glad your doctor is actually trying to help too!

Glad your GP is doing something encouraging hun, you are doing fantastically well and should be very proud of getting through the bad days as well as the good, infact you should be more proud of getting through the bad days as they are so much more difficult.

Day 22 - you've come so far. I can't offer much in the way of advice but I can imagine this is very hard - after 9 1/2 years it's going to take your body a while to adjust and level out. Hope you get a diff (and better) psychiatrist soon who can help support and keep up the good work you've started already xx
