lol not your fault your kid actually likes sleeping and mine thinks lie ins are for wimps Luckily i went to bed at 1030 last night instead of thinking i could stay up an extra hour so got a bit more time before she started. Typical that we have had a 4 day break from the 4am crying only for it to start last night. Will be so glad when these teeth go through, gave her brufen at 3 and a bottle at 4 before the 530 wake up call but didnt work as well as id hoped She may go for a nap sometime between 11 and 1 but is already needing one and refusing to go. We are gonna try and persist with an 8pm bedtime for a few days to see if she resets her body clock eventually to go 8-7. If she doesnt will go back to 7pm cos at least if shes going 7 til 6 she wont be overtired

I get less sleep when c is teething too Well after she woke at todays time of 530 she slept for 20 mins or so on way to ikea then for an hour at 2. Plan was to keep her up til 8pm new time tonight but neil and i hadnt banked on being shattered ourselves too. We bathed her at 530 new time and gave her a snack and by half six new time she was cuddling me and trying to snuggle up. Managed to get her to 720 new time and gave her her milk and she lay on a pillow on the floor with her bottle and her bunny, by 730 she finished her milk and was stroking my face saying Mummy, Bed? I have NEVER heard her ASK to go to bed before and didnt have the heart to hang on any longer as i thought if i tried she would have ended up asleep in my arms within 5 mins on the floor which lovely as it was wasnt comfy for her so daddy carried her to bed and she hasnt moved since

Alfie went down at 7.30 last night (so would have been 8.30) so we was absolutely knackered. He screamed through his bottle left half of it and then passed out in gavs arms!! He slept till 7 this morning then came into bed with me and fell asleep till 9am. Luckily he sleeps alot during the night cos he only has about 3 20 min naps during the day!! x
