First topic message reminder :

My head is pickled!

I want to get Amelia a doll and pram for Christmas only I detest dolls so don't know where to start. I think the least hideous soft body doll seems to be the 1st Baby Annabell one but if I get it what type of pram should I get????

Amelia is tall, solid on her feet and quite strong but I don't know whether to get her a buggy type one or one like this;
http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Toys-R-Us/Toys/Dolls/Baby-Dolls-and-Accessories/Silver-Cross-Ranger-Doll-Pram-in-Marshmallow%280070718%29 ------This one says it's for 3+ but I've had a go with it and it'd be fine for her, just maybe a bit hard to steer?

Ugh someone help!

Here i found where i got it from with £18 off hon so down to £22 in the bubble fabric. Quick delivery too. Can vouch for the height of this one, as you know C is a short ass and you can fold the hanle up or down and with it down its lovely and light to steer

I wish I had girls!! We have my mum's wicker dolls pram and I would love to have a girl to use it and hand it down too!! Aron had a doll at one point but decided cars were better!! Although Aron did also want to grow up to be a lady at one point too!! Strange boy!

Actually C is nuts on motor vehicles and most car journeys are broken up with shouts, of TWUCK, LOWWY, MO' BIKE, CAR, VAN, BUS, NEE NAW....ad nauseum (lowwy and nee naw being about her fave), she got a tenner from my nan for her christening today and ended up buying her a set with a train, plane and helicopter in it as it seemed more her than the fairy princess set and she has several cars, a monster truck and some of our old die cast Minis collection but i could never bring myself to buy the rug for her as i knew id get 'hmph your turning her into a boy'

So if this uns a boy its having a rug whether it wants it or not and i highly suspect C will get a lot of enjoyment from vrooming her various cars along it too lol
