4 weeks ago today I took my last anti-depressant, anti anxiety meds. Can't believe I have done it. I also faced another big challenge today my phone phobia, I made 4 phone calls in work today and answered to. This was a major deal with me as due to the nature of some of the phone calls I received in my previous office I am now terrified of answering the phone not just on work but at home.
