That would give my left arm on occasion for oh to take the baby for an hour or so so that I could clean or sleep or well anything, but if oh was to take him out the house to do something I'd feel like I was missing out!

I would love for my OH or my mum or anyone to come and take Harry for an hour because I'm feeling like shite today, got major headache and feeling sick. Harry's been a right little grumpy bum xx

I'm the same too. For ages I used to wish I just had an hour to myself, and not having to keep my eyes and ear pealed constantly

But OH does take him on occasion to see the in laws and my mum has been taking him for an hour or so each day and I do feel odd without the dragging weight on my trousers.

At first I used to walk round like a lost sole, but getting used to it now..maybe I shouldn't though..Mum will eventually be back at work. x

god yes i'd so love that. I needed a bath after a work out the weekend. Asked trev to watch rowan. How long you ging to be? I mean for god sake he's ur son

I wish OH would sometimes take the kids out for an hour or so, so that I could have the hosue ALL to myself just me!!!!

I always used to get my baths/soaks on an eve once I'd got the LO in bed, until I said it was so not far..that he got to soak for a good hour!! when ever he pleased. So now on Saturdays he always asks if I want a long soak whilst he minds Moo. (half the time I say no, i'll have one tonight - but its the principle)

Yea so glad you joined!

Im like that when Caitlin goes out with her granda and nanny for the afternoon every few wks. I love the 1st hr of peace and then start getting humpy that Caitlin having fun with them and im missing out. I end up convincing myself im a total bore and Caitlin wont want to come back to my gurny face lol
