Does any one else suffer? I had never had a migraine until i was pregnant, now i get them quite often and always have headaches!
I finally went and got my eyes tested to other day as i thought i properly needed glasses, well turns out i have perfect vision so its not that...
I dont know wheter to go to the docs about them or not, dont want to sound like a drama queen
Prob just spend to much time on the laptop

I get them quite bad. It can be related to loads of things, I find mine come on alot more if my shoulders are tense but it can be eating certain things like dairy that trigger them and looking at computer screens etc. It's worth going to the docs about, they can give you tablets specificly for migranes

The opticians suggested i kept a headache diary, of what i ate and drunk and when, where, how long they headaches are etc so i think im going to do that for a few weeks then book an appointment

i get them never did before gracie though, i find they hit im im really tired it feels like a pressure headache x

I do sometimes.l I suffered daily with them as a child and had to have tablets, but they aren't so bad now. I find if I'm tired or stressed that can trigger them off. Pop and see the doctors x

I get them quite bad altho i always have i try ignore them but if there that bad i have to take something for it xx
