hope your all well , havent been able to get on lately our lap top is really playing up so its off to get fixed tommorow bloody thing wont stay turned on !!

theo is really constipated , not too sure why to be honest as his diet hasnt really changed he has been like this for about a week now but i cant seem to help him iv tried prune juice , orange juice , and sugar water does anyone else know if anything else helps , im even giving wheetabix for a bit of fibre but nothing seems to help ??

he is teething so has a sore bum as it is so when he does go they are like bricks bless him

any help would be massivly appriciated xxxxxxx

this a little extreme but it's what my doctor advised me to do.

if you get a cotton bud and smother it in sudacreme and gently insert the tip into his bum it should stimulate him to go. It might take a little while to work but it did work every time we had to do it to tyler. (or if you have a rectal thermometer use it and it does the same thing)

you can try just rubbing his bum gently with a wipe or a sudacreme finger it might have the same effect.

when Robert gets constipated i let have him have a bit of those innocent smoothies!
