When we moved to our new house in Sept i changed my address with clubcard and they sent me new keyfobs out. So we started using them straight away.
Anyhow we have been collecting them all this time and i was dead excited cause we had collected over 4000 points (doubled up meant £80 i was gonna use on clothes for kids for xmas)

So anyhow i had 2 receipts for diesel one i had used one ben had used and they both said different amounts of points (one said over 4000 and the other said 1350). So i rang up clubcard to query it and it turns out the silly twats had sent me one keyfob for our account and one keyfob for my MIL's account!!!!! We have the same surname and same postcode!!! When i worked it out we had put on around 3000 points on her card!!!! So i asked the what they could do about it and they said nothin without speaking to MIL who had of course gone away on holiday that day

So anyways when MIL comes back they say they cant do anything cause the vouchers had already been sent out

MIL said she didnt know what to do as she also uses clubcard (she spends £70 per week max!!) Anyway we got the vouchers today. I got £13.50 and MIL got £45 when she usually gets £15 max!!! So she decided the faest way to do it would be to give me £20 of herr vouchers! Better than nothing i suppose

She should give you 30 relly

Tbh it was tesco's mistake they should have sorted it out! I would have gone mental at them!

Your MIL should have done the decent thing really and gave them to you if she knows how much she usually gets

Tescos mistake they should of sone something about it and if you MIL always get £15 then she should have given u the rest xx

I think I'd play holy hell tbh - it was their mistake - so tell them you want your point back!

Why isnt your MIL just giving them to you - uh they are clearly yours!

We got £33 of vouchers and we spend quite a bit in Tesco's each week. How on earth did your MIL think that amount could have been correct.
Id ring Tesco back and give off sh8t.
