To say thank you for well wishes!
Feel such a berk and still shook up but very glad that all looked ok with baby at hospital. Didn't get discharged till late so went to a&e to get wrist checked this morning - prob sprain (would have x-rayed but with being pregnant are playing it on the side of caution and to go back in 48 hours if no better or worse).
My pelvis / pubic bone / bottom of bump is awful and painful on each step - and the rest of the aches are coming out!
By the time I got to labour ward my cheek bone was nicely red & swollen too (smacking it on stone will do that apparently...) - looked well battered!

I'd like to say that the drama ended there but bean was very sick last night - every half hour / 3/4 of an hour; I'd doze off then wake to him inbetween us wretching - go to help him and feel like I was stabbed in my hips urgggh and just didn't feel right resting up today with him so ill; so have been doing as much as possible for the poorly tot - luckily have my parents over for a visit as back-up though (but you know when their poorly you know that YOU need to see to them? Even if you can't move/lift quite so well )

ANYway - my left hand is not impressed with typing so shall sign off until I'm a bit better company!
Big thanks to LisaG for being a childminder/counsellor/tea-maker/washer-upper(!) and generally a comfort in my hour of need!

Am off to see hospital midwife and have bloods tomorrow - I'll be all medicall-ed out by the weekend! Night all - praying for a much better baby with no poorlies tonight xx

As I said earlier, you try and rest as much as you can and hope Jonah has no more sickies tonight xx

Oh Grace you poor love, not only being in pain but having to cope with a poorly bean. I hope you've both had a better night? You've had a bit of a run of it so it's about time things got a bit easier for you!

Amelia's (touch wood) been ok, but I suppose only time will tell, after all they kept swapping cups! Kids are so generous with their germs! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
