anyone watch that programme on bbc3? its mint full of weird people with weird habits like one woman had to eat everything on her plate on seperate plates. so a sundays dinner she would eat carrots off one plate, potatoes off another, meat off another etc.

sooooo what is every1s weird habits?

I have an obsession with eating things in even numbers. I have to chew food evenly on each side of my mouth. So for example - a bar of dairy milk has 6 peices in. Thats fine - but if Gav takes a peice (which he normally does) i cant eat 5 peices as its an odd number so gotta give the 5th peice to him too!!

Also, if i eat things in bigger portions - i.e. chips, or crisps they have to be the same size/length. So when i go to mc ds i pick up two chips to eat on each side of my mouth - but i have to find them the same length.If i have chips which i cant find another one matching length it gets chucked to one side!

Hahahaha i know - mad!

I HAVE to get out of the bed the same side I got in. So if I get into bed and me and OH have a bit of and afterwards I am on the other side of the bed I have to climb over him to get out of the bed!

If i stand on a raised crack with one foot need to doit with other.

Yes yes yes all you junior head shrinkers im totally aware i have a touch of ocd

When i hang washing out i have to hang the item with two of the same colour pegs (im so buy plain black next year as it takes forever!) I have to drink out of a white or light mug i cant drink tea out of dark ones!
I always do the 'touch wood' thing which even annoys me. Umm theres prob more but i cant think.

I used to have loads of wierd little OCD type things but I managed to get rid of them by being really firm with myself.

i play the piano with my teeth! each front tooth represents a key on the piano and occasionally when im bored (just as sum1 wud grinding there teeth) i will tap out a tune with my teeth!!

i always start going down out stairs on my right foot cos i know that itll end on my right foot!!

TBH i keep em mostly to myself and they dont overwhelm mylife so im not tooworried

yeah same here. except i get wrong off gav when i eat a mcdonalds cos it takes me forever to find all the chips that are the same legnth!

PMSL, i doget annoyed at neilsometimes if he doesnt putall the hangers right way round or line his wallet and phone upon table but try and smother it cos its not hisfault his wife is psycho

i dont think i have any strang habits like that...im kind the opposite, like i will decide to clean out the kitchen cupboards, then half way through will decide the bathroom needs gutting then halfway through that i realise something else needs doing then get so overwhelmed as i have so much to do that i dont end up finishing anything i have to be really strict with myself otherwise nothing would get done at all lol x

I have to step an odd number step with my right foot
I have to spell things in my head as I am saying them
I can't touch anything that has touched a foot without cleaning it first

ohh rememberd one...kind of, i cant have dirty hands, i can stand having anything on my hands, even water lol cant even stroke animals...makes me feel gross lol x

I dont like certain foods touching.... Dan thinks I am mental. For example fry up = yum but scrambled egg mingling with beans and its game over

I have also got a bit of an obsession with checking doors and windows are locked before we go to bed but i blame my mum for this one!

Ooh I'm the same with food Kate, I can't have beans touching anything, and I hate it if I get served an egg on top of toast, I have to take it off. Other than that I'm reasonably normal!

I don't have anything weird but OH has a list as long as you can think of, here's a few of his best:

• he can't touch certain 'silky' fabrics
  
• just the thought of a woollen jumper getting wet sends him into cold sweats and he needs to lie down for a while
  
• he is a nightmare playing scrabble or dominos because all the pieces have to be perfectly aligned
  
• the cards in his wallet have to be in the right slots and the right way around
