I'm so dreading next sunday. Hubby goes to the US with work for 8 days and am dreading it. He goes way a few times a year but this will be the 1st time when I don't have my medication to fall back on.

When he is away our friends never usually bother with me ven though they always say that they should make more of an effort to check i'm ok when he is away.

Piglet, sonetimes the worrying and fretting before they go is actually worse than when they're actually gone. At least when he's gone you can start the countdown for return.

You should set yourself up with a few treats that week ie hair appointment, lunch/dinner with the girls, long bubble baths and a couple of chic flicks!

Anyway, like you said, you have us lot and we'll look after you.

Just enjoy him this week and then start the countdown to his return.

James went away for 4 weeks in the summer to Ireland, then Texas then Bahrain.. I hated it - but we skyped, facebooked and msn'd....
James is due to fly again Wednesday to Germany for a week..

It is horrible, I do have the 3 boys to keep me busy, and arranging work for James but come 9pm when kids are in bed, im lonely.. Ive bought myself a book and recorded some films on the sky box in the bedroom so early nights all the way.
He'll be back before you know it.. Can you not stay with your friends or folks a couple of nights to kill the boredom??
