I don't like xmas cake, pudding or mince pies either!

I usually do a home made trifle - Izzy loves that too so will definitely do it this year! With lovely thick custard and cream on top mmmmmmmmmmmm

I can only do one dessert but its lovely!

Baileys trifle

put trifle sponges in the bowl first
cover with baileys, then
a tin of tinned strawberrys (got to be tinned), then
tin of custard (can be homemade, but why would you)? Then
either whipped cream or extra thick double cream.
Then top with a crumbled cadburys flake!

Last year we all went to OH's brothers house for Christmas Lunch there were 12 of us eeeeek! We had a choice of Trifle (now known as Jelly Cake as OH's 5 year old nephew didn't know what it was called) or Banoffee Pie mmmmmm.

This year me and OH are at home on our own for Christmas this year, so god knows what we will be having xx

I did some kind of roulade / meringue concoction last year - for boxing day I think. Frozen berries of choice, heated up and flavoured as you like (honey, cinamon, ginger, nutmeg, a tipple or something if you fancy!) then a tray-bake of chewy meringue (think I got a delia recipe for it - egg white & sugar anyway) - then put cooled fruit mix on one side, roll up, cut into slices and serve with spray cream.

Also did a trifle similar to BabyMilly but with a jelly at the bottom with fruit in (cut up fresh clementine / satsuma or pineapple are nice), once set had custard with chocolate chunks mixed in on top, then spray ceam then plenty chocolate flake on top of that Smile Can't be doing with soft / soaked in trifle sponge texture Christmas Dessert... 981624 so have them on the side to dunk / crunch - the 'lady finger' ones.

Last year was BFing, year before was pregnant with bean... this is my third tee-total Christmas Laughing so no boozy recipes for me xx
