If you have got a photo printer at home you can make them yourself for free.....I did one last year for my best mate and used a template from the microsoft website...if you google calendar templates there are a few websites. The only thing you will need access to is a binding machine and binding wire but if i'm right in thinking you can take it to a stationers and they can bind it for you....hope this helps xx
