I've read it's normal to be dizzy during early pregnancy. I've been feeling dizzy on and off since yesterday afternoon.

it's not constant. basically i'm looking at something i can see it but the surroundings around that object are moving. and with my nausea its making me feel really rotten

I remember that feeling it was awfull kept feeling i was gonna pass out at any min xx

I had this and was told it's casued by low blood pressure in early pregnancy, I have low blood pressure anyway so get dizzy spells frequently even when I'm not pregnant. Keep your blood sugar level up, so make sure you eat frequently, I know this is easier said than done when you feel sick, and keep your fluids up. Don't stand up too quickly either. x

try taking some over ferrous sulphate ??

me not eating is not helping i guess. i'm finding it really hard to eat. i've had a handfull of strawberries today so far. and cant bring myself to eat anything else
