my work, i was trying not to rant about them yet again but after working there for 11 years they've well and truly shafted me. After demoting me, its taken 3 months to get fixed days and now I have to work 8pm on one of them which means I'm not there for ava's bedtime, according to them its is a generous offer! I wish I could win the lottery.

Thats crap, I hate when they make out they're doing you a favour when its your right to have flexible working hours as a parent, why do they have to be so awkward! (can you tell I'm having the same problem in my job lol) x

That's awful hun. My work are being a pain about me going back too, I thought we had it all agreed and then they changed their minds again So I decided not to return in December like I'd agreed and am going back in March now Hope you can sort something out hun, going back to work is hard enough without them making life difficult!

thats what happened to me they finally agreed on a roster but i had to wait for my hubbies work to agree to his as we're managing childcare between us, when I went back to them to agree , they totally changed thir minds and said I couldn't do those as business demands had changed.
