OK, morning sickness plus crazy toddler, morning sickness plus stinky nappies, is there anything that's going to make this easier? Started throwing up today, didn't get that with Milo so a bit worried about how I'm going to cope with this.. Any advice greatly appreciated!! Although i think the answers going to be "nothing you can do!" haha

I had sickness with Caitlin and sweet fizzy drinks helped like coke (though lemon fanta made me puke) also eating little and often. When I felt even slightly hungry I ate. Hunger seemed to make the sickness worse. No idea about how to get away from stinky nappys but! x

I had it baaaaad this time round - only ate a 'normal' breakfast (toast & tea!) about wk 13/14. Had it with 1st baby but not as early or quite as much. Different things work for different people, I found the travel sickness bands did jack all but still wore them for a week or two - and got sore marks on my wrists as a result! (they are like a hair bobble with half a plastic marble stuck on but cost a pretty penny). I also took a vitamin supplement which I really thing took the edge off - B6 I think it was. Will just pm you a link xx

Thanks for all the advice, I think Im going to be needing all of it! Cannot keep anything down, bread, dry toast, dry sponge cake (couldn't give up cake! ) worst is anything liquid like water or soup - just comes straight back up Coke helped keep everything down a little longer, but that's about it. The best so far has been Mcdonalds, which I managed to keep down for a whole 6 hours, the longest so far! Eating little and often is just making me throw up little and often, haha. I have to go back to work on Thursday, I'm self employed so I don't get sick pay, or maternity leave, lucky me! I'm going to be throwing up all over my students, they're not going to like it. I'm really hoping the doctor will give me some anti sickness meds tomorrow as I haven't kept anything down this week, can't take liquids and I feel like i'm about to pass out.

wow, i feel so lucky to be the one with the d*ck.. how about trying emetrol? its an over the counter drug, it is considered safe for pregnant n nursing women. also, some of my patients had been asking about my clinic's fragrance..it is lavender oil, they said its soothing, perhaps u can try it.
