i have just noticed i have a bad feedback on ebay
i sent the wrong pair of shoes to someone , i wish they had messaged me ,,,i now messaged them asking if they would consider sending the shoes back i will cover postage and ge tthe correct pair sent to them , i hope they say yes as the ones i have accidently sent have since been sold !!!!!!!!!

The woman who bought the wii - she is foreign and her English is poor. I said on the listing that it was economy courier and ebay estimated from that 29th Nov-2nd December to get delivered.
Anyway the courier has cocked up and she hasn't had it yet even though I had it collected last Monday BUT even if it took til Thursday its still within what ebay stated - but every day she emails and moans where is it! She even complained the tracking number wasnt right and that the courier told her it wasn't valid, like I gave her a dodgy reference What she doesnt relaise is the courier is booked through a 3rd party so she needed to contact the courier with the ref I gave her not the the 3rd party ...not that she needed to anyway as I said I was looking into it and keeping her updated!

why didnt they contact you first, its an easy mistake to make, i would put a follow up note under the negative.

Oh no I hope you manage to get it sorted. It would have made sense to contact you first to resolve it rather than just going straight in with neg feedback

i hate morons like that, def leave a note under the feedback as its not like you wudnt have reolved it. i got a neutral recently as i didnt realise a dvdi sent had a scratch on it and i put a note on their feedback saying contacting me so i could fix the prob might have been polite!

I made a mistake last week. I listed something as new with tags but it didnt have tags but wasnt worn. She left me a neutral without contacting me. Was naffed off as she only had to pay 99p for it anyway. I would of given her a refund if she wanted. She only had 20 feedback but ive got over 700 so not happy. You can only leave positive feedback for a buyer x

Its wrong that you can only leave positive for a buyer, no matter what they have been like!!!
