Hi ladies

I have decided to embark on a weight loss regime once i stop bleeding from the mc. I have a wii fit and a couple of weight loss games. Do they work?

Does anyone else have any other suggestions for me?

there is a really good yoga game that my sister lost a bit of weight with x

it's a fun way of doing some exercise... I have the wii fit plus and the games are fun and you do burn calories doing it... Ive not tried seriously to lose weight yet though but it's better than nothing!

the dance games are a fab and fun way of keeping fit too x

I bought the active workout and more exercise game off amazon for £20. bargain. Will start it when it gets here lol x
