Not sure how these will show up - but I figure if I post it I am more likely to finish the bloody thing!!! I keep forgetting about it, it sits in the drawer for a couple more years... (it's been about 10 since I got it!) It's not "text book" and no doubt there are lots of bits that could be better but I really want to get it done for bean's room - before baby comes!!! Still needs a lot doing, there's grass to go in about three different shades around the edges (you can see the grass shape on the right but it runs across to the left too, and under tigger) and then about three shades of blue underneath for the water... loads of the stuff! I have a feeling I will be making those bits up as I go along for speed's sake But then I have to go round the whole thing with black edging, add eyes etc. and it's supposed to have dragon flies but we're going with buzzy bees instead so I have to figure out how best to do them... like I say, sharing it will hopefully spur me on to do it more

Thats brill Grace I used to love to do cross stitch too. If you need a pattern for buzzy bee's let me know, cos i've got a book with all sorts of cross stitch pic's and patterns in

Oh for pity's sake - I've done jack all since posting this. Well, I did the grassy & mud bank under Tigger and some the other side but that's it.

Any ideas / tips on motivation?! You'd think that wanting it done before baby arrives would be incentive enough! xx
