since ava started crawling her knees have gone really dry and hard, she always has her legs covered and i'm putting on cream after her bath but it doesn't seem to be working, any suggestions?

Cerys's knees were the same pmsl. I used to rub in some baby oil into her knees whilst she was in the bath. Ive got dry, red knees as well from all the kneeling on the floor to changer her !! x
