Well ladies I've bit the bullet and bought my first pair of hold in knickers!!!

I'd bought a dress for my works xmas do and my pot belly was very noticable so I knew I had to do it!! LOL

lol,

I hate them i always find that they suck the fat up over the top lmao! you may have a flat tummy but end up with a muffin top up by your boobs lol

was thinking a pair of spanx under my wedding dress may be necessary! not sexy on the wedding night but i want a flat tummy in my dress
